Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using YapYap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

YapYap is operated by Altros Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including content creators, listeners, and visitors.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use YapYap. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate age requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not impersonate another person, use another user's account, create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, or select a username that is offensive or infringes on anyone's rights.

YapYap allows you to post voice recordings, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:

• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We use automated systems to detect and remove content that violates our policies, including hate speech, threats, and sexually explicit material. Content flagged by our moderation systems may be removed without prior notice.

You may report content that you believe violates these Terms using the in-app reporting feature. We review reports and take action at our discretion.

YapYap may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions ("YapYap Pro"). Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and is subject to their respective terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Refunds are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Account deletion is permanent and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users. Views expressed in voice recordings and comments are those of the individual users and do not represent our views.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altros Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from User Content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
